Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Support training & development initiatives
• Help maintain and manage HR records, documentation, and reporting
• Possibly support labour-relations, employee welfare or HR-policy tasks, depending on the scope
• Participate in company-wide HR/organisation projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Labour Law, Labour Relations, Employment Relations, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
• Good communication skills, ability to work in teams, and willingness to learn
